Good Morning FitFam,
A Big shout out to all the Fit Mama’s out there celebrating Mother’s Day with their little ones!
Its 10:30 am and I am sitting in bed, banned from the kitchen and dining room while my fam cooks me a special breakfast. Of course, I have been up for 2 hours now and have given Olivia a bath, washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen. Since I am sequestered I thought now might be a good time to write my Sunday post.
Being a Fit, Healthy Mom is not easy! There are a million excuses for why I could just let it all go. But the Number ONE reason for being fit and healthy …..
I have chosen to use them as motivation to staying active. I am their role model, even though they do not realize it quite yet. I am showing them each and every day that you be a mom, have a career, and stay active. I am also teaching them that setting goals – even crazy ones, and reaching those goals is possible!
My girls may never be runners or triathletes, but I hope that they too find their PASSION, DREAM BIG, and ACHIEVE their WILDEST GOALS!

Sunday – Martha Stewarts Every Day FoodChicken Parmesan. Its a family favourite. Tim and Emily are cooking for me tonight!
Monday – Leftovers
Tuesday – Taco Tuesday
Wednesday – In Winnipeg for Stars on Ice, restaurant with friends
Thursday – Still in the city or breakfast for supper
Friday – Pizza and salad
Saturday – BBQ and a birthday party.
