Each week this awesome Duo creates a fun topic to DISH about, and I love this week’s topic:
A photo walk displaying how I will MOVE NOURISH AND BELIEVE this week.
This topic peaks my interest for two reasons:
1) I love the MNB concept
2) Our school has started a fun art project that focuses on creative photography. Each student from Jk – grade 8 will take one photo that showcases “WHY THE LOVE RLMPS” I am really so excited to be part of a great school and I cannot wait to see the photos taken by our little RAVENS!!
MNB- MOVE NOURISH BELIEVE
I was introduced to the concept of MNB several months ago by the #dailyMNB instagram challenge that was hosted by Jessica and Jodi. Jodi still shares a #dailyMNB and I attempt to share one once a week or so.
The concept of Move Nourish Believe comes from an Australian fitness guru Lorna Jane. Lorna Jane creates cute and functional workout wear. She uses MNB as her healthy living philosophy to not only take care of your body but to also nourish your mind and soul.
