TriHardMama’s Manifesto – #dishthefit Linkup

Happy Tuesday,

We are just coming off a long weekend and I am feeling really relaxed and content. Monday in Ontario was Family Day. We didn’t really do much, Rebecca did homework, I did laundry, washed floors and got in my workout. Tim had to work for a few hours and was called out to a fire call. Emily hung out with her second family, they went snowmobiling, had a camp fire and a lot of outdoor fun. Em is much tougher than the rest of us and doesn’t mind the cold. Miss O has a case of the sniffles and spent all day in bed. Still, although it wasn’t an exciting weekend, I sure am feeling awesome!!

This week’s Optional Writing Task is to write your Manifesto!

For those of you not sure about Manifestos  – They are a collection of words or statements that define who you are and what you believe in!

I wanted my Manifesto to showcase the ideals that are near and dear to my heart. These statements and words are ME in a nut shell.

The statements range from:

My fitness hobbies: Swim, Bike, Run, Piyo

My food choices: Drink coffee, Eat clean, Eat pancakes, drink whiskey (not going to lie).

My values: Teach kindness, educate, positive mind,positive life, listen, be a good friend

Non-fitness related hobbies: Read, learn, get fresh air, go outside

My Favourite Mantras:  I can I will, Push the limits, Challenge, Believe in yourself

And even a few communities I belong to: #sweatpink, Live Life Make Waves (Mermaid Club)

As I look at my Manifesto I feel proud that this will represent who I am!

I printed off two different copies of my Manifesto, one is taped up on my motivation wall, the other is tucked int my day planner. I wanted to have a copy handy so when I fell myself going astray I can pull it out and remind myself of all the things that matter to me!

I, like Jill Conyers, am going to add a page to my blog for my Manifesto. A permanent residence so everyone who wants to know me can read all.

    1. I like to live in balance, I don’t believe in being perfect or appearing to be perfect. I like who I am that that girl eats clean, workouts out pushes hard and loves coffee, cookies, chocolate and drinks whiskey!!

    1. I believe in being my true and honest self. Not everyone shares my ideas, but I don’t want to be a person who lies online to “look better ” than I am. 🙂
