Happy November!

A fellow Sweat Pink Ambassador approached us SPAs in October with a fantastic idea. She wanted to do a monthly challenge that promoted self esteem. She was realizing that women, who often excellent CHEERLEADERS, are afraid or ashamed to promote themselves. Her daughter was afraid to share her recent accomplishment in fear of looking conceited. Another woman had just ran a half marathon, but her only comment was how terrible she looked in the photo.

 

Kathy from Mama Marathoner wants to change how we view ourselves and share our accomplishments.
